Conditions of reservation

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the total rental fee.

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will receive a 25% refund of the total rental fee.

Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is at 3 pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is at 10 am on the day of departure.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Occupancy and Use:

The rental property is for residential vacation purposes only.

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Parties and events require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.

House Rules:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental property.

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in writing.

Guests must adhere to noise ordinances and respect the peace and privacy of neighbors.

Liability:

The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

Miscellaneous:

Any changes or amendments to the reservation must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

The property owner reserves the right to enter the premises for maintenance or inspection purposes with reasonable notice to the guest.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of MD.

By booking the rental property, the guest agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
